Delete your AxleVault account

In the app (fastest)

Open AxleVault → More → tap your profile → Delete account… → type DELETE and confirm. Your login is erased immediately, and if you are the only member of your company, the company and every record in it — loads, expenses, receipts, fleet, drivers — are permanently erased with it.

Without the app

Email support@axlevault.com from the email on your account (or include the phone number you sign in with). We verify it's really you, then complete the deletion within 30 days and confirm back.

Delete some of your data — without closing your account

You don't have to delete your AxleVault account to delete your data. Every record you enter — loads, fuel purchases, maintenance, expenses, receipts, trucks, trailers, and drivers — can be deleted individually inside the app: open the record and choose Delete. Deletion is immediate and permanent. Prefer not to do it by hand? Email support@axlevault.com and tell us what to remove (for example, "all receipts" or "everything before 2025"); we verify your identity and complete the request within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your account details (name, phone, email, sign-in links to Google/Apple) and, for sole-member companies, all company business records and receipt images. If other team members remain in your company, the company's records stay with the company — only your access and account are removed. An owner with teammates can either transfer ownership first, or choose (with an extra in-app confirmation) to delete the entire company: every record is erased for everyone, and teammates keep only their sign-in.

Deleted data is removed from our live systems immediately; residual copies in encrypted backups expire automatically within 35 days. We may retain payment and transaction records where the law requires it (for example, for tax purposes).
