The service

AxleVault gives trucking owner-operators and small fleets one place to track loads, expenses, compliance dates, and tax figures. These terms are an agreement between you and AxleVault covering the mobile apps and axlevault.com.

Your account

You need an account to use AxleVault, created with a phone number or Google/Apple sign-in. Keep your sign-in method secure — activity on your account is your responsibility. You must be at least 18 and using AxleVault for business purposes.

Your data stays yours

The business records you put into AxleVault belong to you. We claim no ownership over them and use them only to run the product, as the Privacy Policy describes. You can export your records at any time from the app, and you can delete your account (and with it, a sole-member company’s data) whenever you choose.

Not tax, legal, or accounting advice

AxleVault organizes the numbers you enter — it does not advise on them. Summaries, exports, and reminders are prepared from your own records and can only be as complete as what you entered. Verify figures with your tax professional before filing anything, and confirm compliance dates against official sources. AxleVault is not responsible for filings, penalties, or business decisions made from the app’s output.

Acceptable use

Do not use AxleVault to break the law, to store records you have no right to hold, to probe or disrupt the service, or to resell access. We can suspend accounts that do.

Paid plans

Parts of AxleVault may require a paid subscription. Pricing and billing terms are shown before any purchase, and future changes to pricing will be communicated before they affect you.

The usual limits

AxleVault is provided "as is." We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and to the maximum extent the law allows, AxleVault’s total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Ending things

You can stop using AxleVault and delete your account at any time. We can suspend or end accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.

Governing law, changes, contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. If we change them meaningfully, we will note it in the app before the change applies. Questions: support@axlevault.com.
